Delegate Terms & Conditions Attendance & Cancellation Policy

By registering for The Highways Leadership Forum, you are confirming your attendance to both days of the forum, including the evening networking dinner.

As places are limited and allocated to a select group of senior leaders, your registration represents a commitment to attend. Late cancellations significantly impact the experience for other attendees.

If you are no longer able to attend, you may nominate a suitable substitute from your senior leadership team at any time.

Cancellations must be received in writing by Friday 14 August 2026 to j.evans@hgluk.com
Cancellations made after this date, or non-attendance on the day, may incur a charge of £250 + VAT to cover associated costs, unless a suitable substitute attends in your place.

Accommodation
If you have requested accommodation and no longer require it, please notify j.evans@hgluk.com by Friday 14 August 2026.
Cancellations after this date will incur a charge of £250 + VAT unless a replacement delegate attends.

Applications
Places are limited and allocated to a select group of senior highways leaders. We reserve the right to prioritise applications to ensure the appropriate group mix. Your place is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.

Sharing Delegate Details

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, in order to add delegates to the calendar reminder, your work email address will be shared with other attendees. However, this will allow you to find out who is attending to increase your networking opportunities over the course of the 24 hours.
